Established in 1999, China GDC AS Delivery currently has operations in Shanghai, Dalian, Shenzhen and Chengdu. It provides services for leading-edge, web-based application development, enterprise integration, portal development, wireless and mobile technologies, and security and privacy. Business Process Delivery (BPD) delivers world-class Business Transformation Outsourcing (BTO) services through a global delivery network that sets IBM apart from our competitors. BTO is part of IBM's Managed Business Process Services (MBPS) unit. IBM BPD was formerly known as "Integrated Management Business Process Delivery". Integrated Technology Delivery (ITD)is an integral part of IBM's Global Technology Services (GTS) unit. IBM GTS helps clients reduce costs, improve productivity, and assert competitive advantage with a comprehensive, world-leading portfolio of assessment, outsourcing, infrastructure, and systems integration services.
